1. Unpack your scent: Carefully unpack your Waxx glass diffuser bottle, refill bottle & reeds.

2. Open with care: Unscrew the safety cap on your refill bottle (you may need to press down & twist to release the seal.)

3. Pour into the vessel: Slowly pour the fragrance oil from the the refill bottle into your glass diffuser bottle.

4. Insert your reeds: Place all the reeds into your filled diffuser bottle, allowing them to soak up the oil for a few hours.

5. Activate the aroma: After a few hours, flip the reeds to begin diffusing the scent.

6. Position with intention: Place your diffuser in a safe, well-ventilated spot away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or little hands.

7. Enjoy your wonderful strong, long lasting Waxx scent!

On average, our 100ml diffusers last 8-12 weeks depending on room temperature, airflow, and how often you flip the reeds.

We recommend starting with 6-8 reeds for the perfect scent throw. Fewer reeds = lighter scent. More reeds = stronger diffusion.

For a scent refresh, flip the reeds once a week. Just make sure to do it over a sink or a surface you can wipe down - as the reeds can drip and the oils may mark furniture.

Your nose might be used to it (scent fatigue aka "nose blindness" is real!) Try moving your diffuser to a different room or flipping the reeds to reset the aroma.

1. Snap a melt: Break one melt whilst the clamshell is closed, like breaking a cube of chocolate.

2. Pop one out: Take a single wax melt & place it in the top dish of your wax melt burner. (For a stronger scent throw I use 2 snaps in the dish.)

3. Add heat: If using a tea light burning, light a 4 hour, unscented tea light and place in underneath. For an electric burner, simply switch on.

3: Let it melt: As the wax melts, your space will fill with luxurious fragrance.

4. Reuse or refresh: One melt can be re-melted multiple times until the scent fades. Once it does, let it cool, remove the wax and replace with a new one.

Tip: If you're thinking about buying a new burner, look for one with a silicone dish, they make refreshing & changing fragrances so much easier because the wax simply pops out in one go.
